Distinctive food
Every morning we offer a hearty cooked breakfast along with cereals, homemade preserves, nuts and fruit. Opt for freshly baked afternoon treats after skiing and/or a three course evening meal. Groups of 8 will be served at our harvest table & have the upper level of the lodge. Focus is on organic, homegrown and locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. Self catering guests can opt for a breakfast served in their separate dining area.
Exceptional and appetizing meals
Owner, Susan, is professionally trained and is very passionate about creating scrumptious, healthy, nutritionally balanced meals, all prepared from scratch with spices from around the world. The cuisine itself keeps guests coming back each year and recipe books sell out. We are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements and children’s meals.
The catered chalet concept
The Catered Chalet concept is a European type of ski holiday, offering excellent value for money, where all of your needs are met under one roof and you can enjoy the company of other guests and be guided around the mountain. Our lodge extends this through the summer months too.
